Dear Dimers,

When I bought JioFi3, I was able to use more than one device(registration, and use only 1 device at a time). Now it is revised by Jio and I am told that I can now register only one device.

True colours are getting sprayed after Holi…

May we have to be prepared for many such roll backs in coming days…

why you need to call from all smartphones/Jio4Gvoice app at a time ??

if you buy a smartphone you also insert your sim only 1 smartphone at a time.. lol

Simple. Buy a jio fi which can be used by all family members (as a home no) with a 3g phone https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif

I have airtel 4g wifi router with jio sim in it. Myjio app detects and connects jio sim and give all details when connected thru wifi but JIO4gVoice does not detect jio sim. Any workaround to make jiovoice works with airtel 4g router/hotspot? I hv read in DD, many using modded jiojoin apk while connecting with airtel 4g router/hotspot but no one shared when i requested. I want to disconnect mtnl landline and use jio for home phone and internet without jiofi but with airtel 4g router cause airtel router gives average speed of 2-3MBPS.

sorry, i did not get you….

myjio works but jio4gvoice does not with airtel 4g router/hotspot. i need modded new or old apk of jio4gvoice/jiojoin, which people are using with airtel 4g router/hotspot.

That router is indeed shit, it supports 3g sim only, though this people recently launched another launcher with 4G facility at almost same price
See this 4G one : http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B00LG...G/

That’s why i am thinking of getting one Jiofi and throwing this 3g router off
Between i need something for calling purpose too, like a basic Phone or a landline with jio connectivity
Jio should introduce basic calling feature in jiofi itself

P.s : That’s a random pic from google, not me (ref : https://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/... )

better buy one smartphone of low price (redmi 4 is going to launch for 5-6k) and place it in home, thats all https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif
we can even use that one in emergency or needy situation.

Offtopic:
i am 100 % sure, whatsapp video/audio call or skype based one will become popular once jio launch, as they will surely improve their infra, atleast they promised to double by year end..

as every smartphone user use whatsapp, so better get smartphone rather than Landline like bridge.

buddy, place the mobile in 2300 mhz frequency receiving area (use netvelocity app and locate the place) and place there, so you get good speed

Offtopic:
i bought a small fan (250rs with 18650 battery, charge by microUSB) to cool my mobile , in 2300 mobile heat like a lot as minimum speed is 10mbps+

https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/464183/medium/40548192.jpg?1489662656

i alway use fan in speed 1 (3 speed is there) as speed 1 is enough to cool mobile cool, it run for 8 hours in speed 1, speed 2 will make mobile more cooler, no need of speed 3 in any moment https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

Will review product in review section soon, its must for 4G mobile or hotspot owners these days, and cost is very less , we all know 18650 battery itself cost 170 rupees (duplicate), so with battery and fan is 250 rs…if you want to moe than 8 hours (neary 15 hours) in speed 1 means, then need to buy 350 rs 18650 original panasonic 3400 mah battery from aliexpress https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

with this 4g router too , you won’t be able to use jio4gvoice.

you need jiofi for call making and internet.

that is why airtel mf29 4g router is best since it connects to 2300mhz and gives better speed then jiofi (i hv jiofi too). No need of charging /cooling etc etc with router.
