Yup same thing happened with me ,week back . The best possible way is to cancel this jio fibre, and request a new jio fibre. Which I did . their relocation process is worse

I requested for jio fibre relocation some days back. It is getting rescheduled again and again.
I’m doing wfh, so need it at any cost.
First, I called CC they told, no Engineer available.
Next day, I again called, they said, engineer is assigned and they will call you soon.
They are giving excuses only.
Relocation is just a basic facility. I mean,all those people who are living on rent needs this facility frequented. They won’t cancel this connection and get a new one, but why jio is torturing us for this.
Already complained on twitter but still excuses only.
Experts pls advice, what to do?

But the thing is they should be having connection availability at the new location… If they don’t have they may take the cancellation thing seriously..

Yes I’m also facing the same problem. I’m struggling from almost a week. The customer service of Jio is really hopeless. I’m giving up there are many other service providers.
They do it on purpose to force customer for a new connection. considering installation is almost free with referral scheme.
According to Jio customer care to prevent disconnection in case of Jio Fiber Prepaid one has to recharge at least once every 90 days (3 months) but here https://www.jio.com/en-in/faq/jiofiber-referral... one recharge in at least 6 months is mentioned. Which is correct?

I'm ~25 months old Jio Fiber user (under annual subscription at Hyderabad) and now I'm requested for relocation since a week.
First, I called CC they told, no Engineer available.
They are giving excuses only or suggesting to use chat box.
Relocation is just a basic facility. I mean, all those people who are living on rent needs this facility frequented.
I didn't expected the kind of help, support/response by service team.
I'm actively looking for an alternative best service provider to shift the existing account.
Experts pls advice, what to do?
