They are bunch of idiots, placed order worth 1050 using 200 jio cashback and paid 850 using simpl, items worth 223 were unavailable and they refunded entire 200 in jio cashback and 23 in simpl 😠

It’s was good till double cashback offer but payment offers reduced and jio cashback also closed. So no point using it now.

My every order couple of items get undelivered and refund issued in cashback instead of original payment and every time I have to fight with them – their logic is that I paid via cashback so they will credit it back and my logic is that even if I hadn’t ordered those undelivered items, the cashback would have been applied on other items. Very poorly designed system. Safe to say that once cashback is done, I am not going to use Jiomart.

Can anyone order for me if not using?
