JIOMART not delivering all items ordered and paid

They didn’t deliver 2 items in my order and moreover was late by 1 day.

I emailed them at
cs@jiomart(dot)com
customerservice@ril(dot)com

Moreover they don’t have proper order tracking facility, SMS updates.

I’d also recommend not ordering until it becomes somewhat stable

Bigbasket Grofers will give you much less headache

Some haven’t got refund since 2 weeks also

Edit :- I got the refund just now (2-3 hrs after order got delivered. I just might have been lucky there are many who are waiting to get refund since last few weeks)

Yes.. that’s sad to see from a reputed company.

🤭 this is worst than we think. Even Dunzo call customer before changing any product and if products not available.

Hmm. If one have to really order, better to opt for COD and after correctly checking the items, one may pay the amount.

yea i suspected there might be issues since it’s reliance we are talking about so placed cod order which i usually never do now it’s been 3 days and no email/sms alerts and no sign of order

Bhai the staff of reliance smart is ridiculous.
Yes jiomart is a disaster for now as of current pandemic , staff issues, but primarily staff issue is of grave concern from reliancesmart time and it still continues as only name is changed.

Staff is biggest problem which they have to look at .

Always me and seen many others have bad experience with staff working style.

Dont order from them. Fruits and Vegetables quality is too bad. They will change bill amount and items. I have ordered ghee they changed bill and added potato 3kg with price is higher than local shop and added biscuits which i have not ordered. Removed brand items and sendes their in house brand items maida, rawa. Fruits and vegetables quality is too bad. Also delivery person refused to verify items and asked to complaint to his manager. Manager said he will call later after verify but no call. I suggest dont order from them during lockdown.

Similar experience. The store guys said, we will check and call you back but never called again. Now not picking the call.

they just did the facelift of website but the backend is same.

Correct they’ve been here for a much long time just changed name so this reflects how poor their services were and are

ordered 10 items and paid 705. Got 4 items worth 495.The staff called yesterday about non availability of some items and offered alternate items as replacement. But never said anything about non-delivery of items. Bill is in the name of Reliance Smart. Bill is for 495 and under payment, a negative amount is shown as Billdesk. Called the delivery guy. He said there are mobile numbers of SM and ASM printed on bill. Pl call them. Called the ASM. Guy said amount will be refunded to source in 3 working days. Now lets see.
But definitely not going to order again soon.

Placed order on 23, got SMS of that it would be delivered by 25 and received on 26(today).

Had ordered on COD to avoid refund issues.

They do not accept Card/Sodexo on delivery yet unlike earlier.

They ask to get a carry bag and request to come near gate.

However, Whatever came seems fine except Dates.
Watermelon, lemon, mirchi, poha, roohafza, goodday, etc.

Ordered 400gm dates for ₹149 but received pack of ₹200.

Check bill before paying…..

Dont order from them. Have already ordered and faced lot of issues.. their services were really pathetic.. Fruits and Vegetables quality is too bad and also very rude behavior of delivery guy. just disgusting. He doesn’t know how to talk with the customer..

4days and I am still waiting.

I think they are recovering loss if we don’t check bill and destroying name of Indian company compare to vocal

For me I ordered items worth 3500 and i havent got any items till now. But the status says that the items are ordered. Unable to contact helpdesk and no response to mail.

update: so the delivery boy showed up all of a sudden today in the afternoon all the way from faridabad apparently my south delhi pincode was mapped with haryana in their system so it’s a miracle the order even reached me…out of 14 items ordered they delivered 13 which was a pleasant surprise but similar to what others experienced the fruits and veggies were either rotten or wilted beyond recognition except 1 melon…in my case they did not substitute any of the items with in house brands maybe because i primarily ordered juices and beverages and stuff which was at a hefty discount…prices were in line with order except 1 item which i returned along with the fruits and veggies…deducted the amount from the bill in front of him and paid the rest even though he was initially cribbing about returns not being allowed but i stood firm

TL;DR – order using COD and check each and every item against bill
