jiomart order late (poor service)

placed an order on jiomart on 3rd may
it was showing delivery date today i.e 9th may and now pushed to 10th may
i called several times on customer care they say only wait for order
what can i do
is there any way to ask for compensation .. this is beyond frustration

last time i paid via online but 34 rs were cod
so the delivery boy denied to take phonepe / paytm
and asked me to pay by cash online
is that a rule in Jiomart ?

Jiofart is also not returning the stale product they are sending in stale sale now. Worst part is they don't respond to your complaints
