Can anyone simplify

When jiomart shows simpl as payment method ?

What happens with me is, I was seeing simpl as payment method in my jiomart. I used it and paid dues on time. Got cashback too in simpl. But after next time after a few day i noticed that simpl account is fine showing everything including available credit but jiomart not showing simpl as payment method since then.

Talked to simpl CC too they asked me to update app etc but noting worked.

Second issue is with Payment with points.

I once used points as payment method and since then that option too gone.

Can anyone crack this mystery for me ?

I have experienced Simpl not being available when dry fruits are in the cart. Also while trying to buy GV in the app.

I have just added water bottle still not showing simpl as payment method for making payment

I have earlier used simpl but now it is not showing on payment page

It will not show if the product is from third party seller.If its mentioned “Sold by : Reliance Retail” then simpl will be available otherwise not. Self Verified!
