Jockey quality deteriorating to road side ferivala

Recently, I purchased Black & Grey Melange Track Pant.
In less than a week’s time, lint is visible on the side seam tapping, without washing even once till now. Check the attached image (circled red).
I have more than 5-year-old similar jockey track pants, they don’t have this problem even after numerous washes.
The visible lint on the received track pant looks unpleasant and more importantly is not the trait of the jockey products I have been wearing for over years.
Needless to say, Jockey track pant quality has deteriorated and now matches to road side ferivala.
Request dimers to avoid Jockey, and recommend better alternatives.

This particular segment, do not yet have many brand choices in the price range, where jockey market their products.
Middle class is stuck with jockey sports wear and underwear’s for a long time now, it’s time for new choice,
Jockey underwear’s have become like the royal enfield of bike segment, people want to buy it even if its not worth the money.
We need more startups in India to explore this segment.

There are few brands in this range..But middle class consider them as cheaper brand even though they have different segment with premium branding
