Junio balance showing as 0

i had money in parent account but now it is showing as zero.

268 was in parent account but now showing as 0

@rajatindia did you find any solution? I had 4K+ balance. Had loaded to make onecard payment and then noticed that onecard is now charging fees if payment made via junio card so left the balance there for few days and today when I am checking it’s zero. There is also one closed account entry in the passbook.

I see my card limit is as Rs.0 in junio account from last 2 months, now i cant make any deposit in my account nor can use remaining balance of Rs.10 (Rs.4 in parents account + Rs.6 in son’s account). Its always gives error message and transactions are failing from last 2 months. Since its a small amount i didn’t contact CC, Do anyone knows whats wrong with this junio accounts.

They will refund to source acc.
If closed on 30 mar you should have got it by now. Check sms or emails for any communication.

They closed accounts for many on the ground ppl are using multiple RBL wallets.
I suspect it is done for those who r utilizing 10k limit every month.

I checked my detail passbook and as per my observation i have not transacted more then 4-5 thousand till now, i was just using this for swiggy and zomato orders and only 1 time i used it for amazon for Rs.2,000 transaction.

Thanks. Yes, I have received refund. I asked them reason for account closur, they said it’s done by RBL, I guess because of having other wallets like akudo etc. That also comes under RBL only.
