Given the cheating and chindhigiri of Jupiter Debit card and UPI, I'd say this CC is going to be the same at Rewards. All spends will actually be excluded so very little rewards but since this is LTF and RuPay UPI convenience, nothing to lose. If it was paid, nobody would even care about it
