I notice some dimers are able to give kg+ more then once to the same ppl. But when I try, I’m only able to give once and unable to give the 2nd time.
Why?

If you give karma to some dimer, say X, then to be able to give karma again to X, you need to give karma to multiple different people (the number is 8 i guess, dont remember correctly)
I think you can give to same person after giving karma to 29 other
Try giving me and 28 others 
once you have given Karma to a user, you can’t give Karma points to him/ her again until you have given Karma to 14 other users.

EveryDay The count Resets When U will Give Karma To maximum 25 Members ( Not Sure ) A message will popout ( You have given enough Karma on the Day ) Here The Screenshot .you can Give Karma Everyday

If it get flagged to your account as suspicious activity means, then no doubt its your KARMA.
