Karma system not working
I have given karma to a user
His user profile is https://www.desidime.com/u.../1
It is showing success but karma not increased in his profile.

Yes.. But atleast he tried to give karma & even made a post when realized not done..
Had come across a post in past, where someone said that earlier dimers used to give karma to each other for all helps & other things but not so frequent nowadays..
When I am posting comments also it is saying like this
“This topic is awaiting moderation and will be visible to the general public, as soon as its approved. Your patience is appreciated in this matter”
It’s only for new posts right my comments also not displaying
Karma from newbies isnt counted i guess ( or there is some vigilance system)
Sometimes it shows as 0 karma added.. may be they are from newbies.
I gave Karma brother to Admin and it worked so I think @androgame is correct 
@dot.dot You atleast need to be deal cadet to give karma to fellow dimers. Once you reach 100 karma points you will be promoted as DC. Newbies’ posts won’t be published without moderation and it takes some time.
Is there any deal General Or Deal President here? Deal Brigadier is the highest I’ve seen 
For checking weather Karma system is working or not @androgame @Ramesh1997 @bumblefoot give me Karma..I don’t mind to share the results

If deal cadet gives karma it’s 6 and so on.
In my karma logs its showing 0 added. Whats this???
Also would like to know what capabilities are of a lieutenant major etc.
What all things they can do with a dimer , how deep can they dig in the profile and alter, delete view things of a dimers profile and posts and identity
