Today I got an email from Karvy Fintech about this. Karvy Fintech handles mutual Funds distribution n KYC business. It is a separate entity other than Karvy Broking. 🙂

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. M V Nair as our non-executive Chairman of KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He was the former CMD of Union Bank of India and also Chairs TransUnion CIBIL currently.

During the past week, there have been media articles around Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. (KSBL), and a few other Group companies. We would like to reiterate that this has nothing to do with KFintech and we will continue to offer definitive and seamless services to our valued investors.
