I had almost 400 orders in 3 years on my prime account but just because I had to cancel 4 of my orders that got stuck during lockdown phases for a long time and dared to get refunds go those and other 2 wrong items. This is the kind of email they send. Out of 12 other successful orders. Now out of anger, I cancelled 2 orders which were still “preparing to dispatch” for 2 weeks!
I don’t think previous years refunds matter bcz there were 0 cancellations and 2 useless returnless refunds of expired loreal clay mask and quaker oats in 2019.
And 1 return of a shirt which was claimed as 100% cotton but it was not even 1% cotton in 2018.Don’t know if they get replies back in that email.
And I sadly got to set up upi only yesterday.
