Kotak 811 : Change in debit card related charges w.e.f Apr 2019

Dear Customer,

There are revisions in Debit Card related charges which will be effective from 1st April, 2019.

• A charge of 25 + GST will be applicable if any transaction is declined due to insufficient funds in your account. These charges will be applicable on transactions done at a ATMs/merchant outlet/websites.

• A charge of 1% on the transaction amount + GST will be applicable on Cash withdrawal transactions from merchant outlets (Cash@ PoS).

This will be applicable to transactions via physical as well as Virtual debit card.
