What does this mean and how to avoid the deactivation?

I didn’t receive bro. FYI, u can also register and activate netbanking with ur virtual debit card also.

Looks like they are sending these texts/emails to every 811 account holder. I got the email despite loading the money, paying cc bill & multiple UPI transfers just last month (Never tried their net banking portal because i didn’t opt for the physical dc)
