Got this message for Kotak 811 account:

Login to Kotak Net Banking/Payment Gateway with CRN XXXXXX in 30 days to avoid deactivation due to non-usage. For details, please call on 18602662666(local charge) – Kotak Bank

What does this mean and how to avoid the deactivation?

Looks like they are sending these texts/emails to every 811 account holder. I got the email despite loading the money, paying cc bill & multiple UPI transfers just last month (Never tried their net banking portal because i didn’t opt for the physical dc)

I didn’t receive bro. FYI, u can also register and activate netbanking with ur virtual debit card also.

no need of physical dc to activate netbanking, you can also do it using virtual debit card.
