Kotak Bank is doing a fraud they are calling/emailing/messaging you with text "life time free card but when you will receive the card
They shamelessly deny thAt your card is lifetime free
they did same with me 2 times
I have attached screenshot of lifetime free in emails ,LTF in whatsapp chat of official bot of kotak, even during card applying process it is clearly written annual zero and joining zero

Someone raised the complaint to nodal or RBI ombudsman or something and finally go his confirmation that its LTF. You may have to do that as well as luckily you have all the proofs.
