True that! I had got kotak royale signature as ltf (claimed by agents) but later checked with customer care it turned out to be with annual + joining fee. Later raised a request to cancel but they converted it to ltf.

I can also see pre-approved cc ( Mojo Platinum ) with 1K annual charges
If not for rewards, kotak has frequent 10% discount offers FK/Amazon compared to ICICI

im using mojo card previously urbane, got a cal frm cc said no need but with out my consent they sent this card but they didnt charged any fee dont know y

Kotak cards are not worth paying for. I had Kotak urbane which when I tried to cancel (as I never used it once in last 2 year) was upgraded to ltf royal signature credit card (I accept it as it was ltf).
Rewards rates are bad.
Out of all the cards that I hold, Kotak are the worst I have in terms of rewards.

I raised a ticker to cancel kotak credit card from their net banking website. Got a call in a week asking for a reason and I told him that I don’t find the card useful and he gave me royal signature as ltf in return. (which I still don’t find useful but it’s ltf and has lounge access in case I need it for someone.)

go to Kotak app, check card upgrade there and it should show if the card is ltf or not. If it is free then you can take it.

It’s showing two cards there, Mojo and essentia. In Mojo, the annual fees has not mentioned or its displaying as “₹”

Fd se.. there is no pre-approved ltf offer. For me they told it was free but after applying when I confirmed with cc they said it’s not free and after a lot of fighting they converted my card to ltf
