Call them and tell them you dont find urbane useful and want to close it. Then say you can take pvr card

Same issue but I wanted at least League Platinum or Zen Signature.
I accidentally clicked on Indigo 6E card upgrade and they sent it also. I rejected and now they are downgrading to Urbane Gold again.
Few days later I shall also try to close it expecting to get a good card as LTF.
Otherwise Kotak cards are the worst in terms of rewards. Urbane Gold is the worst card in my wallet. Previously it was Moneyback which I closed recently too.
Only good for Kotak specific offers on flight booking sites.
