Kotak Credit Card Upgrade

I had applied for a Kotak Secured Credit Card last year to build up the credit score. Now it is over 750 and I wish to get a normal credit card from Kotak. In the meantime I got a credit card from HDFC. I have heard that Kotak Bank issues a second credit card (2 at the same time). What is the procedure for the same? Or should I close the secured one first and apply for the second card later on?
Also, will I get pre-approved card till the time I am holding Kotak Dream Different Credit Card? Thank you in advance.

Which entry level credit card would you recommend from Citibank, with minimal charges?
Nothing else..just apply new Credit card online..you may get other one.
There is nothing in Kotak except Essentia.

Also, are there any LTF offers running by credit card companies? Like we had 1 from HDFC bank, just before RBI Intervention
