I just happened to check the section Cards -> Credit Cards -> Value Added Services in my online account https://netbanking.kotak.com/knb2/#...in There I saw Limit Enhancement option. After enhancing the limit that option disappeared. I did not receive any email or SMS for the enhancement offer. Check your account.

if your card is six months old there is auto limit enhancement, check mobile banking card overview section, Kotak is only bank providing LE every six months.
