Laptop for browsing?

I need to buy a basic laptop, mainly for browsing, online classes and ms office.

Features reqd: backlit keyboard, camera physical shutter

Budget: 35k

Pls suggest some options. Also suggest if i3 with 13th gen or i5 with 12 gen will be good for this need? If yes, which of both processor is better?

Dell and Lenevo do not have backlit on lower range models. HP was 5-8k expensive than Asus.

Though my preference would be to go with brand like Dell, HP or Lenevo.

Please suggest.
