Torrent has nothing to do with No Power On.
Is there any LED on the laptop that lights up on connecting power cord? This will signal whether charger is faulty or not.
Do you hear any beep sounds when you switch it on?
Try this: Remove battery, power cable and press+hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Try to power it on and see if anything changes.
Which model do you have?

Okay. Open the laptop and remove ram. Try to turn it on. If you get beep sounds, clean the ram contact points of any carbon deposit. Put it back in and turn on again. If beep sound goes away and it still doesn’t turn on then ram could be faulty.

Do you hear any beep sound when turn on your laptop or does your laptop has any light indicator on keyboard/front panel (like num lock, caps lock, power button) and does it blink?

Do u use your laptop on bed, sofa, or something like that.
It may be the cause of dust in your exhaust fan.
Do it yourself. Watch YouTube videos for your model laptop on how to open your laptop
