So, you didn’t get the laptop last july or you’re already fed up with the non-chinese laptop u got last year? Some extreme level discussion (+suggestions) happened (278 replies*) over there and it would be very disappointing to you if u hadn’t got one

I did get one , its for my cousin sister. So was searching for one.

She just passed class 12. So thought to create a new one.

Much hasn’t changed since then. No new non-chinese brands, China still being #1 preference for manufacturing/assembly of many brands. You can check the models suggested over there and look for their upgraded versions (like i5 10th gen >> i5 11th gen). The one noticeable launch is of ASUS Vivobook K15 w/ OLED screen but you will only get the i3 variant for <50k, for i5 and R5 5500U variants u need to spend 10-15k more)

Few Suggestions :

MSI Modern 14, AMD Ryzen 5-5500U

Acer Aspire 3 Intel Core i5 11th Gen

MSI Modern 14, Intel i5-1155G7

Lenovo Ideapad 3, AMD Ryzen 5 5500U

Doesn’t matter which company laptop you will purchase, you will see “Made In China” written on the product box….

If you buy electronics it will be made in China. If you buy clothes, it would mostly be made in Bangladesh. Thats how things are. Accept that or pay 3 times for the same quality product.

The local brands are made in India. International brands like Jockey are mostly made in Bangladesh. So depends on what you wear.

I was actually shocked to see this…I had bought a Levi’s Jeans from Flipkart few years back & when received, it was written that it’s made in BD…That time I didn’t know about this…

I was like WTH? I was actually going to return that thinking it’s fake lol but did a google search & found it’s a normal thing…Later bought a Pepe Jeans from Flipkart & it was made in BD too…

We are buying most of the things from Bangladesh(textiles) and Vietnam after we started avoiding China.

Just fyi, the most important(& costly) part in any computer/laptop is processor & they are mostly either made in USA (intel) or Taiwan(AMD).

Actually most of the textile manufacturing has been outsourced/shifted to Bangladesh & Vietnam because of their cost advantage over China.

yaa some companies just assemble their product here and paste made in India laughing there is a drastic difference between assembling and manufacturing. majority of those assembled parts come from china.

Purchase a laptop from these atmanirbhar bharat brands you will never regret. They are providing the best after-sale service with a drop of Amrit from Amrit Kaal. Smartron, iball
