Hello Dimers,
As the author Akhee S W, it’s time to say goodbye to the News & Articles section on Desidime. From today, you won’t see updates from this profile. But don’t worry, as this isn’t a goodbye to DesiDime altogether! I’ll be back, not as an author, but as a Dimer, just like all of you.
I’ll always cherish the joyous moments, hilarious comments, awaring, helpful and problem-solving discussions we’ve shared. Being an Admin and interacting with you all has been an best journey, one I’ll truly miss.
Here’s a funny memory from my time here: when I first joined Desidime as an author, I didn’t get many fans or followers on my threads. But as my time here came to an end, suddenly, the number of fans multiplied! 😛
Your feedback and contributions to my content have been invaluable. They’ve not only helped me grow as a writer but also inspired me to keep improving. Thank you for everything!

back when someone was on leave and they said: yeah, so and so is on a PL (preparatory leave).. it was evident that many who are still pursuing higher education or other specialised courses.. are part of the team.🙂
If one follows the "catch 'em young" philosophy.. then the 'let them fly high' dictum is not too far away either.
At-least they give opportunities to freshers. (I am talking about various functions.)
People who are now in North America or elsewhere.. managing multi-cultural teams.. too have 'Parity Cube' in their work experience, earlier on in their careers.
Many, for whom it is their first step in the realm of their professional lives.. it serves as a fairly decent learning exposure cum stepping stone.. for what lies ahead (for them) in their (personal and professional) journey.
(Interestingly, the group has also had foreign nationals as retainership hires, both within India and outside.)
Thusly, (depending on the context) attrition is not really out of place.
