lazypay refund issue

I had loaded in irctc mudra app using lazypay upi and it was successfull for majority of the transactions.
On 12th April one of my transactions failed and money never refunded to lazypay nor got updated in irctc mudra.
If anyone has faced such issue can you please guide me.
I havectried to mail irctc imudra support but everything there I a ticket number but no action on those tickets and lazypay is saying it’s merchant issue.

As far as I know….Yep u need to give them proof (lazypay) so that they can reverse/chargeback trxn on your behalf from (imudra) try contacting imudra by every means until u get written confirmation from them that they haven’t received any payment or they r refunding back to source.
