learn graphic designing and photoshop

hey Amit, as someone who has an interest in art and designing and is an self-taught artist myself, my advice would be to not invest in any courses but rather in tools itself like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, etc if you haven't. There's already a lot of educational content present on Youtube and other social media platforms.

And if you already have those tools, I would still recommend not going for any courses just yet..though it totally depends on your learning preference and also your need, for example, if you want to pursue graphic designing as a professional career, then courses may make more sense..

I have the system requirements. Will get the softwares. I don't want to purchase softwares. Any way to get them free or cheap? I will learn myself...courses as in free courses or 500-1000 rs

Use Pirated software, use utube or free Udemy Courses until you make money out of your work.

hey Amit, I don't think there's any other way to get it for free or cheap apart from using Pirarted (not recommended)..but, you can find some free alternatives to Photoshop & other tools such as: 
Gimp, Photopea, Krita, Inkscape 

these are of course not completely the same as the original Photoshop etc but they are definitely a good start
