As per my experience, for 15×15 feet room, two 20 Watts LED bulbs (if there is no ceiling) on the opposite sides of the walls are necessary if planning to study/ need well lit room.

Suggest good led light to brighten a room. Hw much watt is better? Don't mind using multiple lights.. Want to avoid tubelights

Is it mounted on roof or bet to use on side walls? Can any share pic.. I put two 20 watts but fans make shadow

You can go with Philips 20 watt. If more light go with 30 watt Led Tube or 40 Watt Led Bulb. You can also buy Smart Led for extra controls . And to further decorate add something like below
