Lien amount showing in PPF account

Hi I want to know if it is normal to have a lien amount in ppf account. I have ppf account in sbi, I have not taken any loan, but it still shows a lien amount in sbi yono for my ppf account.

visited the branch and found, It was put there due to KYC not completed. they did the re-KYC and removed the lien
