Any idea how is Hoya company lens for cataract surgery??

Just had the surgery for my mother and same lens is used.

Working fine no complaints either

Didn't used any other so no idea.

Don't go for fancy names, they cost you more and provide less upgrade.

May I know the center where you are consulting as mine was ICARE and they suggested to go with hoya because my mother have to wear glasses anyway, so don't waste money, if not a specific case with you

Also I read somewhere its govt approved too.

Hoya is good, Tecnis (owned by abbott now owned by Jonsons and Jonsons) is also fantastic. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Am geting it done from asg eye hospital....yea those multifocal are very costly....so going for monofocal

Yes i had asked them to get johnson n johnson tecnis one but they said they are stiping production of monofocal...so might not get it for the other eye in nxt month
