Less Corrupted RTO in Bengaluru?

Can someone suggest me a less corrupted RTO in Bengaluru? So that i can get a DL as per process. We people are responsible for a situation like this and now we are all desperate to find a less corrupted one among the most corrupted ones’.
It’s a shame on us to have situation like this.
Please do suggest…

Prepare and go for the test but do not get irritated and fight with them(in case they fail u), after failing once or twice u will get DL. I got in first attempt, though got LL through Driving school. I was the only one who was on my own and supervisor was bit surprised but treated me at par with others and gave DL.
