Diya is a sign of prosperity, ideally you should use the best quality oil (that you consume) for diyas.
Its better to light lesser diyas (even 1 is fine ) rather than compromising on quality smile

are @androgame no oil is pure, so its like choosing what is less impure. for prosperity we have no alternative other than cut our budget, and still say All is Well

when your surroundings will be lit by chinese leds how can we expect a geniuine indian religious atmosphere? still to stay sane and avoid sadness on a festival, i have to give it a shot to maintain balance between prosperity and genuinity

Ps: for Havaan purpose people use Adulterated ghee, only the fire has to keep burning, so it produces a lot of smoke in havaankund
There has to be balance though, even though adulterated it resembles ghee metamorphologically and at the look of it, we cant use kerone etc
it will be a sin per se

Let people do whatever they want, if you are believing in the rituals then you are giving your best for your own sake smile
Religion administratively is a voluntary thing

This somehow ☝️ reminded me of Chichi’s dialogue -
Abe hata saawan ki ghata, khaa, khuja, batti bujha ke soja intukle pintukle, bandi khareli hai, aunty baja rahi hai baar-baar ghanti, kulha ghumaake paschim ki or palat le, bahut ho gaya ab phootle, vatakle, shaana ban raha kya? 🤣😂
