Only Payzapp doesn’t afaik.

Is there any apps that give actual debit card so it will accepted in cc bill payment platform,paytm wallet free of cost. I also need free loading through CC needed and free ATM transactions. Tag me if any of the app satisfies the following conditions.

Why don’t you just get a bank account like fi , they give all of the things that you need

My bad , didn’t notice you wanted to load money through cc. You can do that by paytm rent pay bro. 1% minimal charges , can be compensated by the cc reward points.
