The apex court on Thursday said that Credit card users shouldn’t be given the benefit of compound interest waiver. SC said that credit card users aren’t borrowers, since they don’t have a loan, they’re purchasing. The top court disposed off petitions in which the petitioners are satisfied with compound interest waiver.
