Lenovo Thinkpad E495 AMD Ryzen 5 14 Inch Full HD Thin and Light Laptop (Ryzen5 3500U 8GB Ram 512GB SSD DOS)
First set budget without which very difficult to suggest any laptop model. Best deal in my opinion was acer aspire model which sold for 43k & came with ryzen 3550H+gtx1650 graphics+ssd+ips screen if you don’t mind its above avg weight.
Without budget can’t possible to suggest a good laptop, I assume you are looking for under 30K, I would suggest you go with any brand which offers best specs.

Anyone who is buying laptop and is based in Pune.
I have an old laptop for exchange, for which Amazon is showing 9750 exchange value.
If you agree, we can collaborate and I can share 1500 discount.
@A2Zdeals
For next 10 year better buy military grade certified.
Processor ryzen 5 4500u is best for office n home as its power saving thanks to 7nm architecture.
Ram n ssd you are smart enough.
Display full hd is must.
Backlit keyboard are neccesity.
Usb 3 n type c also must.
Just search for processor in az n fk you ll know.
How about this – https://www.amazon.in/Lenovo-Thinkpad-14-inch-M...
Lenovo Thinkpad E14
Intel Core i5 10th Gen
14-inch Full HD IPS
Thin and Light Laptop
(8GB RAM/ 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD/
Windows 10 Home/
Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019/ Black/ 1.69 kg)

Avoid this lenovo series, a laptop company that makes laptop models which have a compatibility list for NVMe ssd & which actually doesn’t work with ssd outside of that list should be avoided.
@A2Zdeals @bikidas2060 @vijkap201 @desiman
Go with acer swift 3 model suggested above if within budget but do check the laptop at some acer store locally before purchasing online.
If u have any1 traveling from USA.. Den buy from there.. Like amazon usa…30% 40% less price
@A2zdeals could you decide on any approximate variants/ requirements of the processing power, fixed storage capacity (GB, TB) and the memory (RAM) capacity?
and brand preference, if any¿ or broadly between premium versus value for money¿ or Tawanese brands verses Japanese brands versus American beands versus now Chinese brands?
same was asked in the follow-on e-mail too.
There is no “Japanese laptop brand”, at least not outside of Japan.
@saravgi
Here in India.. the most popular price segment for laptops is 30-50k. The percentage of users looking for Thunderbolt ports, MIL Standard for durability, Enhanced security are very less ( + Panel Quality and the weight)
@ ~1L… the laptop will only attract luke warm response .. Even if the brand launches the same for 60k here.. generate good feedback in terms of premium build and software optimization (Which lacks in budget laptops like the AVITA ones).. its a hard task to sell the laptop in higher numbers
Just take this Fake Nokia Branded Laptop into consideration
“Nokia Purebook X14”
Launched for 60k
Lighter (Probably not so durable?)
Has similar specs compared to dynabook (base variant*)
Dolby Vision + Atmos (Fake hype … No streaming partner supports Dolby Vision playback on a 1080p screen)
https://www.flipkart.com/nokia-purebook-x14-cor...
Yet.. the percentage of users interested to have a look at this laptop are very less & i believe the post-sales service depends a lot on the no. of units a brand gets to sell
appreciate rest of the insights too and a special thanks for making me guffaw at this matter of fact statement too.😃
indeed, i do not know much about unibody designs but otherwise the 30 to 50k range you mentioned is what seems ideal to (most of) the average users.
@saravgi Dynabook is also basically Taiwanese just like Sharp.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynabo...nc.
Dynabook Inc. is a Japanese personal computer manufacturer now owned by Foxconn subsidiary Sharp Corporation
LG Gram i5 10th gen is VFM Product.
Guys , I also need to buy the laptop. But my budget is very low as I have to give to someone else?
Can any one suggest me?
As much as cheap but should be good enough to work.
Even refurbished one also work for me.
Check on olx for your city, should be able to get a decent model(i3 4th/5th gen or later) less than 3-4 years old for around 15k.

For your kid’s online classes, you would not require a laptop with high specs. You can check out online at Flipkart and Amazon where you can get a very good variety along with a good price range. Decide on your budget and go for a decent choice. You can go for Lenovo, HP, Acer, Dell or anyone if you do not have any brand preference.
