With select card you get priority pass also for complimentary international airport lounge access. No other significant benefits. Burgundy also gives free DEMAT account and you can save on AMC charges. Other features of BMS Buy 1 get 1, domestic airport lounge access etc is available with regular accounts also.

Select card is 1500rs annual fee. Why do you want burgundy account just to get cc. It's a normal card. You should check out hdfc for similar category account and card. Infinia i think. As per me: get axis ace or axis airtel card and open account in hdfc for infinia card. Disclosure: ex burgundy member.

the only reason is that I am getting rejected for Axis CC again and again. and all I want is a axis CC so that I can apply for other AXIS CC like ACE and FLIPKART then I will close SELECT and I am fine with me downgrading the account.

Actually burgundy cc free with burgundy account. Not select card as far as I know. And this cc comes with lot of benefit and it is free for burgundy account holder. Otherwise its annual charge is 50000 + gst.

Burgundy Private and Burgundy are separate variants. Burgundy Private are meant for super HNIs basically 5cr+..

For Burgundy, 10 lacs need to be maintained in savings without other components involved.. select card is free which u can call customer care to take a request..it's rare only few accept to take on call and many will ask u to contact branch or RM.. through branch or RM must be easy but unfortunately they will also try to initiate talks on investment options.. you can tell them that u first get process the select card and later can tell ur requirements on investments.. smartly u can play here with some known products that they don't sell and let them know the competitive product give better returns and tell them they can always approach u with better plans and u would decide after comparing.. The other option is , with in 6 months of account opening u shud get pre approved offer of select card by default and u can apply

I upgraded my axis to burgundy an year ago and got select card a month later. It has no annual fee as it was applied based on my burgundy status. I wouldn't upgrade to burgundy just for the select credit card though.
Axis is my primary/salary bank account from almost 13+ years and my FDs are also here. Axis Bank branch is only 1km only from my home and they gave a locker at very attractive rates when other banks kept me on waiting list for months. Burgundy debit card itself has many perks. Take a look at them.
