On the 4th point, if your load is router and fan (assuming 12V) only, then don’t go for dc to ac converter. It will only add another layer of conversion with more losses. With output at 12V, you will have almost unlimited backup at your disposal. You will even consider reducing the battery capacity.

My router is on a 7ah battery and is good enough for almost a day. I don’t see that level of power outage though.

I’m curious on the fan. Is it for some equipment cooling or personal use?

I am using luminous 165 watt solar panel bought at Rs.4200 it runs 3 DC table fans
directly
but dc ceiling fan (bought at Rs.1250) attaching battery is must BLDC ceiling fan needs only 12 v 1.5 amps and this solar panel is producing 19 volts and 5 to 9 amps
you can easily run 2 dc fans if you install a 40AH battery and charge controller as it gives 19 volt which may burn down your dc ceiling fan but dc table fan which use heavy brushed motor can handle the current
if your router can run on 12 v then you can connect it directly to charge controller but keep in mind solar charge controller not works without battery
