Donate 1rs each from paytm and phonepe
When you contribute to PM CARES Fund on Paytm App, we will add up to ₹10 to every contribution. In addition, we will add up to ₹10 for every payment done on Paytm App using Wallet/UPI/Paytm Bank Debit Card.
Same donate any amout from phonepe and phonepe will contribute rs 10 for every payment done.

He is trying to say donate 1 rs via phone pe and 1 via paytm and by donating 2rs we we will be donating 32 rs.

Don’t you ever trust Paytm. Their Paytm First membership benefits are literally referral benefits.
I Don’t use Paytm at all. PhonePe is much better and much more rewarding.
But we can’t donation less than ₹10 from Phonepe… So how’s this possible
Paytm ne yahan bhi ‘upto’ laga diya 
What you can do is, just donate in multiple of 1₹. Like if you donate ₹50.
Better donate ₹1, 50 times. At least sometimes, Paytm will add up something and who knows yours ₹50 contribution goes as ₹200-300 in the fund.
Otherwise companies like Paytm, Amazon & Flipkart are never going to contribute because they all have huge shareholdings from US & CHINA
