MacBook pro hardware

Please help I need hardware of macbook pro 13 md101 . If any apple employees or ex employee help me to repair the laptop please give me some advice to repair him 😇😇 and others. What I can do with my macbook any suggestions the problem is in power operation I think it need to change motherboard if anyone have old hardware of this model or other solutions because new motherboard come in 20k .
