2.5% fees y Magicbricks is completely rubbish. And on top of it, no good offer.
Earlier I used to think that Cred at 1.2% fees is high. Nobroker also charges 1.2%. But now MB has broken all records of stupidity at 2.5%.
Red giraffe requires not only rent agreement, but also proof of property ownership (which no landlord gives). So Red Giraffe is bad too.
What do you guys use for rent payments?

I use Redgiraffe since last 7 years. I never uploaded any proof of ownership other than the registered rent agreement. They charge some amount less than 200 as the fee.

Kuch nahi hai mera khud ka. I have nothing pushtani. 1 tha chota sa 15 saal pehle, wo lut gaya. Uske baad I joined DD so that I can save 10-20 bucks.

For magic bricks..How the rental agreement should be framed? It should be with my name and owner name ? Anyhow I want to transfer to own account or to my wife account... so owner name must match in the transaction with the rental agreement? Will they really verify rental agreement then only relese the payment to Bank?
