Nice trick, but I would not use it. Mainly because the repercussions of all this will fall on the poor delivery guy. Already they are suffering due to high petrol prices and they are not able to save as better as before (they do not get any additional allowance for a high increase in petrol prices) and food delivery is their only source of income. It does hurt that when the delivery comes late but I always tell those guys to drive safely and don't worry if they are late to deliver. I always rate the delivery of food as 5-star even if I get the order late by some minutes than expected. However, if the delivery is late for way beyond a certain limit based on the distance of the restaurant from my place or if the restaurant fails to deliver good or quality food for the price I paid, I always rebuke them (give strong negative feedback) and rate them accordingly.
