HELP NEEDED !!
I did a transaction on Magicpin to buy Amazon Gv worth Rs 2000. Money got debited from my debit card but there was a timeout on Magicpin page.
Gv not generated and now transaction not even showing under transactions in Magicpin. What to do now? flushed Please Help !!!

It’s been half an hour already. How to raise an issue for refund if the transaction itself is not showing in the app? 
Go to magicpin app click help and support then payments/wallet
No customer care toll free number. That’s pathetic to say the least.
Anyone have fi money refferal code ?? I want to join if anyone have pm me
1) Go to Account ➡️ Help & Support ➡️ Payments/Wallets ➡️ Select your failed transaction ➡️ As per the automated process it gets automatically refunded credited as per the cycle{ If not you can write there in box and submit}
2) Email care[at]magicpin.in mentioning REFUND in subject and copy all the transactions details from the step 1 screen.
You will get refund within 48 hours.
1) I have checked as per the steps that you’ve mentioned. failed transaction not showing. infact there is no way to trace that I even did a transaction other than the banking app where it is showing the transaction since money got debited from my bank account. Not even a single trace/ any way the failed transaction can be traced in Magicpin. Had former been the case, there was no need to create this thread.\
2) Already mailed them on the said email id. Since I have no transaction id of magicpin, I have attached screenshot of bank transaction id to support my case.
3) Contacted them on Twitter. They are leaving me on seen and not reverting to my messages.
If this is the kind of customer service they have in case of a technical glitch at their end, i would suggest people to stay away from Magicpin. I have already wasted close to 4 hours to follow up on this issue with them.
I too faced same situation in freecharge..! Amount debited but it’s not been added to the wallet and not having any transaction ID or entry in freecharge. Mailed to freecharge and they’ve asked the bank debit entry reference number. And I’ve noted down and mailed them, on the next day I got my money back to my bank account.
So if you’re going to mail them means just tag this reference number as well for quick and valid action.
Don’t worry it will be refunded soon
Happened with me. Refund came next day.
Let’s hope same is the case for me as well. Will update the post.
UPDATE : Almost 48 hours.
Neither voucher received nor refund received in debit card/ bank.
Will wait until tomorrow. Also no revert on the email/ ticket raised till now. This is my worst CC experience ever.

Wait atleast 30mins this happened with me a lot of time either you will get a refund or you will get the voucher. Nothing to worry about @kshmr
