Hey guys,
I have ordered wrong medicine from apollo via magicpin… Now after delivery i realised this is not what i need.
So i asked cc to return it, they said they have delivered what was ordered so no option for return.
Anyone have faced such issue ever?? If yes then anything can be done now?

Can’t i go directly to apollo and ask them, will it work that way?
Yes once I placed wrong medicine but unlike you I realised it right after ordering ki I messed up and asked them to cancel by writing my issue and they did cancel and refund money
Try to find out if anyone from your neighborhood or relatives need this or not, then giveaway, they’ll appreciate (blessings) 
It’s a curated medicine for diabetic, not everyone need this…aahhh nuksan ho gya, order karna tha g plus 3 , kar dia g3.

Actually, i want to be sure if they actually refund/return. As the apollo pharmacy is around 16 kms far from my place so. Dont want to waste time and efforts.
Magicpin is good until order is correct. They won’t take responsibility of damaged, incorrect, expired products
Mera galat order aaya tha Apollo se to maine magicpin ki jahag directly Apollo ko call kara to unhone pickup karwa liya aur sahi order de diya. That too within 2 hours
