Previously :
10,000/- statement credit on 24,000 points
8,000 Amazon Gift card on 18,000 points
7,500/- statement credit on 18,000 points
Now:
9,000/- statement credit on 24,000 points (10% down)
7,000 Amazon gift card on 18,000 points (12.5% down)
6,000/- statement credit on 18,000 points (20% down)
Do we really have 12k option?
Why not call and check instead of re-questioning?
No option to redeem 24k/18k collection on Amex wesite. Can anyone guide where is the redeem option ?
Got The same email. Have someone tried to pay bill using rewards point. Earlier they used to give 25p value for this.
I hope they will come up with better merchant unlock offers tomorrow.
For redemptions, The customer rep guy told me they are adding Taj voucher of 10k (for 18k points) and Tanishq vouchers…. taj voucher of 14k for 24k points.
And some open flight voucher
