There is a case for marriage. The girl is suffering from male pattern baldness and recently has done PRP. Will the hair remain in future? Will it impact Hereditary?
Any other solution?
Any doctor who can give some idea.
Thanks in advance.
P.S she suffers from migraine sometimes.

Since it's case of female and it's male pattern baldness DHT lowering treatments like finasteride is not OK.
I hope she'll be pretty fine at least until her menopause if she uses minoxidil daily . (That's the only FDA approved medicine of male pattern baldness for females, I repeat don't use minoxidil+finasteride combination sprays on females, it will cause huge problems for her)
And take hair specific multivits like Abott's Follihair just to be on safer side.
And for shampoo I can recommend Abott's Minichek.
Don't use any oil or some random conditioners.
If she needs to use conditioner, she can use Glenmark's Hair4u conditioner.

What's solution for male for male pattern baldness

Many also suggest micro-needling , but without expert supervision I don't recommend it.
PRP is also promising.
Continued lifelong topical minoxidil usage with PRP/transplant is the best solution according to me.

So researched a lot before starting treatment.
Currently I prefer to rock a buzzcut with dense hair. (yeah, my head is full of hair now) :D

I thought u are a doc, i too underwent hair treatment, they gave minoxidil finasteride combination, some lotions, shhamppo ,serun and pills.
Disclaimer - it can affect male power.
Then derma roller and
Last stage surgery , as these external solutions will not help more that 30% and can't be used for long term, so surgery (hair transplant) is the only solution.

But from next month going to replace it with 5% minoxidil only.
And for DHT lowering going to try Beta-sitosterol supplement.
And I don't currently take any hair specific multivits but just a collagen supplement.
Now my hair gain is kinda unbelievable. I know it will shed once I stop minoxidil but happy with using it for lifetime as generic minoxidil spray is quite affordable now a days.

What is Minoxidil? Does it help with receding hairline and thin hair?

And about receding hairline,
It's not super-effective but it works somewhat. (when coupled with derma rolling, of which I'm not a big fan of)
And it will definitely help with thin hair.

Okay. If I may ask, when did you start seeing changes?
But if you stop the medication then you'll be doing a mistake.
If the hair is shedding in initial days, it's the sign that the minoxidil is working for you.
Eventually after ~ 2 months you'll see new hair coming out of follicles.
