There is a case for marriage. The girl is suffering from male pattern baldness and recently has done PRP. Will the hair remain in future? Will it impact Hereditary?
Any other solution?
Any doctor who can give some idea.
Thanks in advance.
P.S she suffers from migraine sometimes.

Maybe it's his relative like sister or cousin who's he worried about.
Since it's case of female and it's male pattern baldness DHT lowering treatments like finasteride is not OK.
I hope she'll be pretty fine at least until her menopause if she uses minoxidil daily . (That's the only FDA approved medicine of male pattern baldness for females, I repeat don't use minoxidil+finasteride combination sprays on females, it will cause huge problems for her)
And take hair specific multivits like Abott's Follihair just to be on safer side.
And for shampoo I can recommend Abott's Minichek.
Don't use any oil or some random conditioners.
If she needs to use conditioner, she can use Glenmark's Hair4u conditioner.
What's solution for male for male pattern baldness
1st of all no shampoo or conditioner is going to help in this case
But less use of chemical substance and more use of herbal products is recommended
I had similar kind of issues while i was working in Rajasthan, what i realised it was due to water
So
What i did i just trimmed my hair fully
And started using Derma Roller 0.5 & a mix of Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Rosemary Oil ( 1 - 2 drop ) and it worked like cherm
See you have to understand what's causing the hairfall
Hairfall is not always a disease
Most of the time its a signal that Something is wrong in your body
That could be anything
Even Stress , Hormonal Abnormalities, constipation, not taking adequate water etc
So a proper diagnosis is required for any kind of treatment
