Marq Jeevas service denied for parts

Hello friend , i bought a MARQ washing machine in 2019 and i have repaired it couple of times now when i again tried to repair the product it is told that parts is not available and there was a visiting charge which was taken by jeevas . now what can be done please help aslo jeevas service is worst i can say.

One and only stop....hire an advocate and lodge the case in the consumer forum... Misleading and lack of services , your advocate will be enough to tackle all your issues...

Otherwise .... Lodge your complaint and waste your time with the customer care ... And enjoy your precious time .

In early December 2016, had ordered https://amazon.in/dp/B0060NCW0C the useless "Oster BLSTIM-VO1-049 Fitness Blander Bottle (Orange)" for a couple of hundred rupees
It stank (foul odour), it leaked

This was a trial run to check how Oster handled things. Trial run before ordering their blenders etcetera.

Oster remained calm and cool as cucumber when they said you bloody poor brownie from a poor country, you think we could care less about you all?
Some brown nigga came kissing our feet, to represent our brand in your dirty country.. and we agreed OY for the licensing fee, royalties and revenue part.

For all your crying.. go use the shoulders of 'Jeeves'.

And like the progeny of the ex slaves of the white devils.. I complied.

Frontline Jeeves said, na na.. it stinks.. we know. That is why we do not cover that in warranty.
I said: are you dense? I am reporting two faults, a leak and the stink.

Escalation, super escalation, region or state specific service centre heads.. all spoke the same language.. go फcough.

I contemplated and decided, there is a case, for me to give adverse product review on Amazon, from a account opened in August 2013 (less than a month after the India site went live for customers).

I also looped Amazon CSD (customer service department) in.
They did the usual 'arey aise kaise, aap tou kashtmar hein'.. our PoC (point of contact) will contact the PoC of Oster.

Three days later, same buffoon calling himself the centre head for the state/region.. of Jeeves.. calls.
arey sir, aap pehle bolte nn, ki aap hamari khul kar lagwaaney waale hein.. we would have replaced then itself.

I am sending someone over with the replacement, who will be there within an hour.

This time it was me telling Jeeves.. to फcough.

Since my terse mails had gone to the e-mail addresses of Oster officials in Divided States and to the Jeffreyzon address, the Executive Customer Relations agents too had reached out.
Hence I opted for a return for refund.

December 2016 was thus the first and the last time that I ever dealt with or looked at anything where the name Oster, Jeeves were involved.

Unless someone holding a loaded gun to my close family member's head.. demands me to change my stance towards Jeeves.. i would not even urinate on the Jeeves name.

And in effect, on products/brands which choose Jeeves as the service partner.

is product under warranty?

they never took visiting charges from me

using 2 products marq OTG and marq refrigerator
