I want to add more ,but i am unable to add even one more data cable..or even 3.5 mm cables….i dont know why..says you have exceeded limit for these products

Theay cancelled my 2 baseus cable which i broight cod stating its out of stock.
But its showing 599 now and on stock when i got message.
Idk why they cancelled.now i am unable to add even one data cable…
