I need to receive a UPI refund from Razorpay..it's 30 days..still didn't received amount..
They keep telling me that...we are processed your refund and asking me to contact branch..
Anyone tell me.. what's the maximum Timeline for UPI refunds..and how to complaint on Razorpay?
Contact your bank with UPI refund reference number or apply for UPI chargeback.
After successfully UPI chargeback apply, you will receive your refund within 3 days, if razorpay already process your UPI refund.

Bank : We have nothing to do with this.. typical sarkari bank..
