Have received mail from medibuddy 3 weeks back in that it mentioned refund will credited in 5 to 7 working days but still didn’t received what to do now

Same, after completing on consumerhelpline, medi called 15 days back saying refund wil be processed within 3 days, but nothing yet

Email them with all required details and screenshots to

medsupport(at)medibuddy(dot)in

I got my refund within 7 days after mailing them.

They just updated that medibuddy is not responding to them, but i got call from medibuddy only after complain on chl, around 15 days later
