need to buy Medicines in bulk for 6 months worth rs5000. can you guys suggest better ways to buy it with discount offline..

Use 1mg 30% discount for timesprime member and order in parts.
Bcz max discount is just 250 for single order

use 5 different cards to create 5 paypal accounts … make 1000×5 orders in netmeds.. get 2500 casbback apart from regular 20% off …use the cash back to pay bills from niki or book flight from easemytrip to get 1100 off ( 700 cashback + 400 direct off) again
